Christ Church Cathedral Appointment

Since October 2016, I have served as Assistant Organist at downtown Montreal’s Christ Church Cathedral. I’ve been so lucky to meet their friendly clergy, parishioners, and choir members.  Additionally, I’m fortunate to work under the expert leadership of Patrick Wedd, whose legacy in the Anglican Church is known throughout all of Canada.

Beginning in July 2018 with Patrick’s retirement, I’m honored to  serve as Interim Director of Music alongside former organ scholar Robert Hamilton. Together, we will plan and provide music for a weekly choral Eucharist, French Mass, and choral Evensong. The Cathedral is fortunate to have a large semi-professional choir that sings everything from Byrd masses to anthems by current Canadian composers. It also boasts a 3-manual Karl Wilhelm mechanical action organ.
